Great views and spacious rooms with nice interior design. I stayed in a suite with a sauna on the 10th floor, offering a breathtaking mountain view. Although there was a leak in the shower room, the hotel promptly moved me to another room on the 9th floor with the same beautiful view. I recommend this hotel for its stunning location and comfortable accommodations.

As for me, the location was favourable, very close to Almaty in the first quarter of 2013 as well as the main areas. Had lunch/dinner at Entrecote, which I found not very far from the hotel. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, a safe box, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the standard twin room.

Shame the bathroom was really small.

The food was great with a huge variety of options. The service was friendly, totally satisfied. Stayed for 5 days and didn't feel like leaving, I would happily return.

Its location is ideal, as it is situated in the heart of the town, close to a supermarket and just steps away from the main areas to explore. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms that are always kept clean. the breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering plenty of options to suit different tastes. On top of that, the hotel boasts a fitness center, sauna, and swimming pool to enjoy.

The price is slightly higher than other 3-star hotels in the area.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Almaty and I was very impressed with everything. The location was perfect, with a supermarket and metro station nearby. I loved being able to walk around and explore the main areas, as well as enjoy the beautiful mountain views. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping taking good care of me. I also appreciated the convenience of having grocery shopping services and various shops available on site. The rooms had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. The in-room safe provided added peace of mind. I had a great experience here.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel has a great location, close to the city center and public transportation. I also enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from my room. The breakfast had a decent selection of food.

The staff was unprepared and unprofessional, there was no special decoration or celebration, and the quality of the food was really poor. The room was not very clean, and the bed was uncomfortable.

Enjoyable Christmas Stay Location was ideal, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. the views from the top floors were breathtaking. the hotel provided a lovely breakfast with plenty of fruit, pastries, and hot meals. the gym facilities offered everything you need for a decent workout and the sauna was a welcome, relaxing addition.

Mixed Experience the hotel felt overpriced for what it was, and lacked in some basic amenities. Our room was not made up until we requested it multiple times during our 5-day stay.

During my stay in this hotel, I found it extremely convenient for exploring the city. I particularly liked the location which was just in the main areas I walk. Additionally, it was near a metro station which made it easy to go around this city. Moreover, there was a supermarket nearby from which I could purchase anything at any time of the day. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I felt comfortable moving around even barefoot. Lastly, the staff who were welcoming and friendly made my stay worth it.
